Garidith Khayat has been with North Presbyterian since September 2005. She loves her job and the opportunity it gives her to help children develop and strengthen their faith and love of God. In some small way she hopes that what she does and the message she conveys will strengthen each child's faith in and understanding of Christianity.
A graduate of The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, Garidith did not consciously intend to enter the field of Christian Education. An English major with minors in psychology and religious studies, she seemed destined for a career in teaching or business. However, an invitation to get more involved in a church coupled with the courses in religious studies she had as a student, quickly led her to the first of three jobs in different churches as a Christian educator since graduating from college.
Garidith moved to Western New York in 1999 when her husband was transferred. She and her husband, Jason, live in Williamsville with their two little girls.
