Mentor Program
For several years, North Presbyterian Church has had a practice of providing mentors for new members during their first year. These mentors are usually of a similar age to the new member, and they are people who can be easily approached with questions about the church and/or ways to become involved in various church-related activities. Mentors invite the new members to functions during that year and are available to respond to any problems that the new members may have.
If you are a current member of North Church and would like to be a mentor, please contact Ellie McConnell to volunteer. Efforts are made to match by age, as much as possible, new members and mentors, so we are always looking for a wide variety of volunteers.
